My 'bad week' wasn't THAT bad

After going 8 points over on Tuesday night due to a hypoglycaemic attack and after consuming like three times my points on sunday I was really expecting to of undone all the weight I had already lost.
I've been good ever since and decided not to 'give up' as I decided that this just wasn't the answer.

Anyways I lost 2lb, somehow, so I've now got my silver 7 and my weight loss is at 8.5lb after 2 weeks :) Want to lose a stone by the end of July, I believe that this is realistic as I'm not expecting this weight loss to continue as it has been!

Poor you with the low blood sugar. Your body obviously needed it though, so I wouldnt have even given those extra points a second thought

Yeah it's quite annoying, i have hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia so some foods trigger it, if it's bad my sugars can drop multiple times a day, it does kinda take over your life and I was told until it was sorted that I probably wouldn't lose weight, well what does the medical profession know? :p it's budging!
