I am so so sorry - not that it helps, but I am thinking of you - hope the funeral went ok - as ok as it can anyway

Sorry I've been away for so long. I've added to my original thread so that you can all know why I say 'I've been in a very dark place'.
Still there really. Losing Luke still hurts every single day, but one piece of strength I've drawn from it is my ability to lose weight. And so for the 6 mths since Luke died I've been focusing on that, and it is actually going ok....
I've kind of hit a brick wall and haven't lost anything for a couple of weeks so any advice would be great....I've lost 3st 8lbs and am so despirate to hit the 4st marker..6lb to lose...
