Ok have been thinking about challenges and goals and what to set myself in the hope of staying on track.
Anyway...it's my birthday in 50 days (apparently - according to the tracker I just made!) So I have decided to set myself a target for then. I am going to aim to lose...(Drum roll)
4 STONE
By October 8th.
Insane? Maybe. But I know that I have high losses on this diet (when I stick to it!). Last year I lost 3st 5lb in 6 weeks before my holiday, and I wasnt exactly being very good for the last 3 weeks of that! Plus I have been on the diet for 6 days already and I am basing my 4 stone loss on my start weight last friday - so really its 4 stone in just under 8 weeks.
