Your food sounds yummy - lots of superfree in there. One thing that does strike me, however is how many bananas you eat. Have you always eaten so many? Do you find they affect your losses at all?? I try not to eat too many, esp in the few days before WI as I find them heavy feeling. xxx
 
Thankyou, I try and limit my bananas it 1/2 a day. Apparently, according to my friends consultant it doesn't matter how many you eat but for me they keep me filled up. If I didn't have bananas it would be something with a bit of sugar that's even worse than bananas.

Today I won't be updating my diary but I have been very good! Even been out for a curry and stayed within syns!

For the next 2 and a half weeks I am off work! Next week is * week and I plan on returning to the gym! I will be doing mainly red days. So we'll see how it goes x

Enjoy your 2 weeks holiday x I'm off myself ... hols then jury service. It'll be nice to be out of the work environment for a change - just hope I can control the diet!

L: small potato and leek soup with 1 bread (lunch out)

T: fish, broccoli, potato and butternut squash mash (that I could not finish)

Snacks: apple, banana, grapes, ww yoghurt, alpen light (3.5) half a biscuit (2)

HEa: 100ml skimmed milk in tea, 2 light dairylea triangles
HEb: will have none since I had the bread at lunch

Urgh bout once a week (maybe twice) I get these uncontrollable sugar cravings! I was feeling a bit peckish at around 9 so went for a flake of course not very filling! That led to feeling like I was on energy low! So since then I've probably had tomorrows syns, annoyed at myself yes a little but adding up the calorie content shows that I'm under 2000 calories, making me feel slightly better. I will try and have a low syn day tomorrow but can't guarantee that happening. Stupid thing was I was avoiding 'syn free' food and ending up going for synned food and went over! Should have had some rice pudding or something and could have avoided this! Oh well lesson learnt. Might even go for a SE day tomorrow to be extra good :)
