im just working out what sort of calories i should have every day etc so i can start tomorrow and know what im doing but im getting myself confused which isnt difficult 
im currently 205lbs and would like to lose 10lbs in a months time. ie.5 march
im thinking about 1200 a day but i think i should take a look at some websites and work it out so i make sure im having enough/not having too many
