im just working out what sort of calories i should have every day etc so i can start tomorrow and know what im doing but im getting myself confused which isnt difficult :)

im currently 205lbs and would like to lose 10lbs in a months time. ie.5 march

im thinking about 1200 a day but i think i should take a look at some websites and work it out so i make sure im having enough/not having too many

ok so went on livestrong.com and they recommend for 2lb loss per week to have 1270 calories per day so thats what ill go with for now

I think these sites differ greatly, I've down loaded a calorie counter and I am 182 lbs and I'm eating around 1400, yet my fitness pal says I should have 1200. I've averaged 1400 and my weigh day is Monday I'm hoping for a good loss, if I don't I will try 1200 next week and see what happens then
