Do I........ weigh myself and record my weight loss..... or wait for another week when she gets back.

Just bought some new scales too.. they do weight watchers ones hope they are good as at the moment my scales are about 5 lbs different to my cds one x

I only see my cdc evey two weeks but i weigh myself inbetween.My scales are 5 pounds lighter then cdc also.

I just wait for her & go by her scales,but i like to know how im going the week she doesnt come.
