She goes the extra mile, amazingly flexible, I can book an appointment within the hour or at very short notice, even allows evening visit, a rarity.
I don't know if i can name her here, but shes from Preston and not so far away from the PNE football Stadium.
I couldn't possibly be at the stage I'm at without her, she's so calm and collective, so reassuring and well stocked with supplies.
Although she doesn't normally deliver, has done so, on many an occasion.
It was snowing so badly today, yet she came out especially for me because i was short....awww..how good is that....
Now thats true sacrifice....makes me even more determine.
