Sorry not been any good at keeping this up. But still on track.

Nanny D the 2 syns for curry were for the schwartz packet of slow curry I used it was 4.5 syns and i got 3 portions -but I was just covering myself. Xxx

I was 22. 3 1/2 at weigh in on fri

Got therapy tommorrow I can never eat before it my tummy like a washing machine

Salmon and scrambled eggs with toms cucumber and spinach

Apple

Chinise from Morrisions chicken mushrooms and onion in sauce ( 4 syns) with rice ( syns)

Then I want to make some biscuits with my Heb oats any ideas-may have a look online?
