My diary from day 3

I didnt do diary in 1st 2 days, as I honestly wasn't sure I'd make it to day 3 :-/

My name is Cassie, I'm 29 & have 5 children- Leah 12,Connor 10, Matilda 5 & twins Jenson & jemima 2.... So it's been very easy for me to not diet as I have snacks around all the time. That was my issue- I constantly grazed. My children r all slim and have a healthy relationship with food and r happy to have fruit, veg, breadsticks, plain biscuits & yoghurt for snacks so when I go back to eating healthily It will b easier.



I weighed 14.9 on tues when I started, I weigh myself every morning (I can't help it- wish my scales would break!!) but today (thursday) I weigh 14.1 so am very happy:)

I'm also in ketosis- I kno this cos I'm not hungry today, also my breath stinks -my fiancé so kindly pointed out to me! I did a little cheer to myself when he said that, as it's 1st sign of ketosis for me :)

My target is 12st, I was last at this weight, actually i was 12.6 -when I was 16 (I'm now 29) & I felt confident at this weight, I was a 12/14 (I'm almost 5ft 9) so I wanna b there again- and what an acheivement to b lighter than when I was 16!!

Upto age of 24 my weight went up to 19st (size 24) I have made lots of changes to my diet since then and like I said am now at 14.1. I also do modern jive dancing twice a week, and personal training session once a week which helps.

This is my journey so far. I've taken another of my body at 14.9 and am hoping to do this again when I hit 12st to see a difference.

Messages of support, people sharing ther stories &buddies would b greatly appreciated and help me complete my weightloss dream
 
So we pretty much have same weightloss target :)
I don't work during week, but when half term it's hard cos I'm seeing kids eat lunch, lunchtimes n Eve's is when I pig out (normally skip breakfast & dinner)
I work most weekends, I do kids parties, which is hard cos mostve my prizes r sweeties (that I usually pick at during party) and most people offer me food & cake lol but it's a good workout cos I do lots of party dances lol

Routine is key on this diet :-/ so I'm looking forward to kids going back to school! Day 2 was my hardest day yesterday- I went to sleep with tears in my eyes & a growling stomach :-(
 
routine is key i agree do u have any of the soups? im not keen really only have 1 left so wont moan to much lol.
 
I have a few veg ones, i have to put a pinch of pepper in them to give them a bit more flavour...not sure if thats allowed - but i have found it ok.
 
End of day 3... Omg feel sooo much better than I did last night. Feel abit hungry, but it doesn't hurt like it did last night. Think it's more cravings tonight, cooked a lovely spag Bol & garlic bread, the smell was torture and had to do food shop, which is a challenge too. But I got through it!
I was 14.1 this morning and 14.9 on tues so would b amazing if I could b in the 13s tomorro!!!! Let's seeee maybe wishful thinking lol

Good luck for your weigh in, I think it's going to be a good one! Wowsers - 5 kids and you're the same age as me, I take my hat off to you! You must be running around all day! You're weightloss thus far is amazing - congratulations! You'll meet goal in no time with this diet :)

YESSSSS! Its day 4 and I'm 13st 13!!! Yay that will b last time I'm ever in the 14st's - feel so sooo good, also since tues I've gone from obese to just overweight :)

Thank u em butterfly :) yes I've been some sort of baby machine! Lol

Wow you have made a huge debt in your weight loss already - sure you will be fine. You must be very busy with all those kids - I have twins but don't have the other 3 too!!!

Thanks for support guys.... I kno I've done amazingly over the years, but I'm hungry for more (excuse the pun lol)

Im on day 4 today, have just had cup of tea ... N feeling satisfied lol I've gotta personal training session today & am scared cos she works me hard & I can't tell her I'm on Cambridge cos she also a nutrition expert n she will go mental - so will just tell her I've had dodgy tummy & hardly eaten In few days:-/

Well done so far! You have made an amazing start on CD, what day is your weigh in? Monday? If so then it's the same day as me!! I am on day 4 today too!! I found yesterday really tough and woke this morning with a headache for the 4 th morning running... But hey ho it's worth also it could be due to the fact that I have a bit of a cold at the mo with blocked sinuses and sore throat! My partner also kindly commented last night on the stink of my breath!! I feel a bit self conscious about it but never mind it's really positive! Yay!! Lol

Keep up the hard work! Let's push each other along this journey!!! I have 3 stone to lose!
Start weight: 14st5lbs (Tuesday 5th) and goal weight is 11st5lbs!!! (I also couldn't help weighing myself this morning = 13st12, no way as much as you but I am still really chuffed!!! :)
 
Hey Hannah my wi is tues morning, I started this tues just gone.... Was my daughters 12th birthday on Monday so had to eat her party food before I embarked on this!

My goal is 12st but once I get down to that I will go on SW or ww and lose the rest, to whatever I feel happy with... Have no idea as I've not been that weight since I was a child! Lol!

U have done fab too :) its nice to get into the 13's tho isn't it... Every stones u get down is such an a achievement :)
 
Cassie - what plan has your CDC put you on? We are the same height - I have been put on the ss+ (4 packs and 200ml of skimmed milk)

I wonder whether I should drop down to 3 a day, I will speak to my CDC on Monday!

Also how are you finding the products, I am loving the soups so far (with loads of cracked black pepper) but the porridge is not so good!!! :p
 
My CDC said that i could have 3 if I wanted, tbh she is so chilled lol not the best CDC lol but it suits me.... I feel ok on 3 shakes, I also have bars in there too.
Another CDC I had insisted I had 4 but tbh it made absolutely no difference to my loss either way
 
I like veg & leek & potato soup... I also have to put pepper in.... The shakes r ok but prefer the tetras. N I love the cranberry crunch bar :)

Wow.. Well done. Im 5ft 7in and currently weigh 13st 10oz.. Wanting to be size 12 so not sure what that that translates to in weight. I have 3 children 11, 3 and 2. I've just treated myself to a cut and blow dry.. Feeling good. Better than food.
