Right have decided to start a diary.I am half way to target & starting to go off track a bit lately so need to focus! Have been doing a mixture of slimming world & calorie counting with a few binges in between
decided to do a few weeks of just calorie counting to try & reduce my overall intake & maybe shrink my stomach so that I don't eat so much when I go off plan! I haven't joined a group this time just doing it at home weighing in on a wed.My little boy is one in a few weeks 9th june & would really like to have lost another 7lb by then taking me to 3 stone in total.Im aiming for 1400 cal a day maybe 1600 at the weekend
