My Diary - Lost 4lbs on my first week CCing!

    Yay! I'm really pleased, especially as AF came today, which would normally mean I don't lose as much as usual.

    Treating myself by having half a pizza for my dinner. :) well within my cal allowance, but pizza is my favourite food ever, so it feels like a treat even if it is allowed!!

    I'm a huge pizza fan too so next week when OH is planning to have kfc I'm going to have a WW pizza and count it within my calories and possibly resemble an angel!!! hehe!

    Oooh I love the WW pizzas. The spicy chicken one is lush!

    KFC is a huge weakness for me, so well done you on saying no!

    Hee hee just added my pizza to my WLR tracker, and the checked my nutrition profile for the day as I assumed what with a pizza and a cheeky fairy cake that was brought into the office I'd be crazy high on carbs today. I've never been so close to the targets!! I should eat pizza more often!!

    Eeek sorry the photo was HUGE and I don't know how took it smaller on the iPad.

    Anyway I was 0.1% off the ideal amount of carbs for the day!!

    Pizza was lush thanks, even more so knowing that it was totally allowed.

    And I'd even lost 1/2lb this morning too! (I'm naughty and weigh most days!)

    Just back at my desk after an hour at the gym. I really didn't want to go as this month is my first off the pill and I'd forgotten jsut how bad my cramps got! But now I've been I feel great, and my trainer was over the moon at my 4lb loss!

    Have filled in my lunch on WLR, so here's how today is looking:

    519 cals so far so plenty for a yummy dinner.
