My Diary! Mostly green days...

Hey! I thought i'd do a wee food diary just to help keep myself on track and so you guys can tell me if I am doing anything wrong! I am following the diet myself from home and I will be having mostly green days.

Monday 15th Feb - my first day of SW!

Breakfast: Mullerlight

Snack: 3 mini babybel lights (hexA)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Spag bol made with free sauce and lean beef mince (8 syns) with smash garlic bread

Snack: Natural Yoghurt (1 syn) with strawberries

2 weetabix (hexB) with semi-skimmned milk (hexA) and sugar (1 syn)

3 dairylea light triangles (hexB)

Total syns for today: 10 - I literally couldnt eat anything else!!!

The smash garlic bread was horrid! I must have done something really wrong!

Tuesday 16th Feb - Green Day

Breakfast: Mullerlight and lots of grapes

Snack: 3 mini babybel lights (hexA)

Lunch: 2 warburtons brown bread (hexB) & beans

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Diet coke chicken (hexB) made with tomato ketchup (4 syns) & syn free chips

Pudding: Pancakes (4 syns) with syrup (4 syns)

3 dairylea triangles (hexA)

Total syns: 12

Wednesday 17th Feb - Green Day

Breakfast: Mullerlight & small bunch of grapes

Snack: 3 mini babybel lights (hexA)

Lunch: 'my dolmio' pasta pouches (1.5 syns) Tuna (hexB) & light mayo (4 syns)

Dinner: Pasta with free sauce & 3 mini babybels grated over it (hexA) & garlic bread made with two slices of brown bread (hexB) dairylea (4.5 syns) & garlic clove

Snack: mini twister (2.5 syns)

Total syns: 12.5

Well last nights dinner was just gorgeous! Will def be making that again!

Thursday 18th Feb - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast: Mullerlight (no suprises there eh!)

Lunch: Weightwatchers med vegetable pasta (1.5 syns) & 3 mini babybel lights (hexA)

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Eggs, Bacon & two slices of brown bread (hexB) 2 more slices of bread (5 syns)

Total syns: 6.5

Can anyone tell me if this is actually an extra easy menu? This is my first time doing one and I am not sure I 100% understand it!

I would say if you are doing EE you really need to increase your super free - more fruit and veg! Know I fall into the same trap when I do EE at weekends!
hi ,just wanted to say you can only have 1xa and 1xb choice on ee.so if you wanted more bread youd have to syn it.i would of had some fruit with the mullerlight.you need to try and have 1/3 s or ss fruit or veg with each meal if you can.dinner maybe could of added mushrooms ,tomatoes.
i had the same worries with doin ee and i done my 1st week last week and lost 2 lb.love it doin nothing elase now.really its just about bulking up your meals with fruit and veg.
home made soups are good full of veg and includes all your 1/3rd free veg,omelette good too fill with mushrooms tomatoes ,potato anything that takes your fancy really.

Thanks girls! Will go up to Tescos after work and get some more fruit n veg. Hmmm homemade soup is a good idea!

Soup is really easy - get a load of stock cubes too - chicken, veg and beef! Great for chillis + soups!

Friday 19th Feb - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast: Mullerlight & fruit

Snack: 3 mini babybels (hexA)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles with more fruit

Dinner: Chicken curry with boiled rice. Will syn the sauce at 4 syns. Rustic oven chips (2 syns) & two slices of bread (hexB)

Snack: Mini twister (2.5 syns)

Total syns: 8.5

Tomorrow is the start of my first weekend on SW, wish me luck! I have planned my meals and have a few leftover syns to play with aswell so hopefully I will be ok!

Saturday 20th Feb - Extra Easy

Breakfast: Bread roll (4 syns) bacon (2 syns) Butter (3 syns)

Lunch: half pack of low fat supernoodles

Dinner: Homemade chicken curry with savory rice & McCain rustic oven chips (3 syns) Asda pitta bread (hexB)

My hexA was semi-skimmed milk.

Vodka (2.5 syns)

Total syns: 14.5

Oh but it was in a cafe and looked like it was cooked in a whole pot of fat haha! I only ate a tiny bit because it was disguisting!

Sunday 21st Feb - Green

Breakfast: OSS original (hexB) with milk (hexA) with mixed berries and a sliced banana

3 babybel lights (hexA)

Dinner: Homemade lentil soup with 2 slices bread (hexB) and 2 teaspoons of lurpak lighter (3 syns)

Curlywurly (6 syns)
Vimto chewits (7 syns)

Total syns: 16

Monday 22nd feb - Green

Breakfast: Mullerlight & Grapes

Lunch: Asda good for you chicken & bacon pasta bake (7.5 syns!!!) This was sent as a substitute with my shopping! It is so high!

Snack: 3 mini babybels (hexA)

Dinner: 2 baked potatoes with beans and low fat cheddar (hexB x2)

Other hexA is my milk allowance.

Total syns: 7.5

Today was my first weigh in and I lost 6lbs! woohoo! It is also my * week so I am very pleased with the loss. I cant see any difference in myself yet though as I am so bloated!!! Grr!!!

Lunch: ww chicken curry (5 syns)

Snack: 3 mini babybel lights (hexA)

Dinner: pasta with homemade sauce with some cheese (hexB) & homemade garlic bread using 2 slices of wholemeal (hexB) diarylea light triangles (hexA) & garlic!

Edit: had a mini twister after dinner (2.5 syns) & extra cheese with my pasta! (4 syns)

Total syns: 11.5

Trying to keep some syns for Sunday as I am going out ALL day drinking and I know this will end witha trip to the indian/chinese/chippy!
