My Diary.... on the road to fabulous at 40.

Still plodding on. I've had a couple of crazy weeks with a variety of birthdays and celebrations (including my own 40th) thanksfully its all over and one with now. Just got to try and get back on plan as i go away in exactly 4 weeks! Onwards and downwards!

Aw happy belated birthday! 4 weeks can be a good chunk honey x
 
I've just been really lazy and not even tried. I feel really bloated and my tummy is really fat!

I know after just a few days back on plan I will feel much better. Back on plan tomorrow!
 
Quickly on, quickly off doesn't seem to work for me. It took me the whole of January to lose the 2.5 pounds I put on over Christmas.

Just need to up my exercise and watch my alcohol and snacking. Very excited that mapmyrun links into MFP and fitbit.
 
Official weigh in this morning. Class times have changed and weigh in is now 8.30 - 9, class 9-10. Better for me, although I have to now set my alarm on a Saturday morning :-(

It will be a major gain but I will take it on the chin and have a fresh start this week.
