My Diary to fitting in my Wedding Dress

Well another good day done. I am a bit annoyed tho cos had a sneak on the scales this morn and stayed the same!!!!
Anyway today I have eaten:
Green day:
Breakfast:
Porridge (HEB) Milk (HEA)

Snack:
Grapes

Lunch:
Pasta, sweetcorn, 80g tuna (HEB), Mayo (2)

Snack:
Special K bites (4.5)

Dinner:
Quorn burger, chips, beans, 2 eggs. Dinner was yum!!!!!

Will prob have later fat free yogurt with options (2.5) and fruit!!!

You're doing really great bo lady, I think you should try to stay off the scales though, our weight fluctuates greatly throughout the day, and just one dissappointing reading could send you off track, and we don't want that do we! ;-)

I have only managed 0.5 this week, but like the others said, it's in the right direction, keep focused chick you are doing really well X
