taking one day at a time
today was my first day , just decided this morning to give it ago after stumbling upon my ww pack and eating white toast for brekkie with butter lool which would have been my syns done on sw from last year and thought why not .I am not sure if i am still allowed 29 p points or not ,thats what my calculator says but i believe its all changed now anyway here goes
breakfast -t toast (4)and tsp butter (1) 5 pp
lunch - 2 ryvitta (2)
110g low fat cottage cheese (2) 35g ham (1)
cherry tomatoes ,cucumber and spring onion
sliced fresh pineapple
muller light mint choc (2) =7 PP
tea- 100g chicken breast (2)cooked in fry light with onions ,peppers mushrooms ,garlic ,added canned tomatoes and herbs
seved with 150 pasta (4)
20 g cheddar (2 1/2) 8 1/2 pp
herbal tea
