yes its a ncie way. and it trains you to make sure you dont eat bad foods. which is always a bonus!
 
Wednesday

breakfast and lunch; weightwatchers soft cheese sanwiches with salad

dinner; grilled veg and 2 mouthfulls of homemade pizza (naughty I know)

plus I'm no longer in the obese catergory!!!! Yayness!!!!
 
Thursday

breakfast; special k
lunch; weightwatchers cream cheese sandwich with salad
dinner; weightwatchers dinner

I had a snack today too, naughty, a weightwatchers yoghurt.
 
Friday;

breakfast; special k and skimmed milk
lunch; pasta and tomatoes
dinner; grilled chicken with salad

No snacks :)
 
Monday

breakfast; special k
lunch; weightwatchers sandwich
dinner; ww meal with veg

but I was naughty ad had a can of coke today as they'd run out of diet coke eek!!!!
 
i still dont think your eating enough!!.. are you losing weight?
 
Only about 3lbs a week. I'm just really scared kes, Wednesday is my first monthly weigh in with the doctor and she has warned me that if I haven't lost enough she wont give me anymore xenical
 
and you have lost 3lbs a week....
your dr should be estatic that you have lost that much!!!!!!
if not then you need to find a more supportive dr.
dont be scared.

you need to lose 5% of your body weight (i think thats what it is anyway) in the first 3 months.... and if your start weight was 203lbs (going by your details... and your now 188lbs. thats more than 7%!! in the first month!
