    Hi well i started today and this is what i ate today=

    Breakfast-Banana shake with frozen berries.

    Snack-orange

    Lunch-meal bar

    Snack- SF cheese and chive triangles

    Dinner-batcherlors pasta pot and 3 quorn sausages with mixed veg.

    Snack-pineapple and SF choc bar

    Oh dear it seems i caved in last night and had a bowl of cornflakes could of been worse i suppose but here todays plans=
    Breakfast=banana shake.
    snack=chocolate caramel bar.
    Lunch=meal bar.
    snack=cheese and chive snacks.
    Dinner=chicken, batchelors pasta pot, vegetables.
    Snack=Berries and yoghurt.

    Lets just hope that goes to plan.:D
