This is where it gets bad but I knew it and enjoyed it. Went to see an elvis show

So syns a gazillion! But had a fan time and expected it.

Sunday 18th march
Choc weetabix +ss milk. Hexa+b+2

Grilled chicken + pork chop
Tiny bit of avocado with mayo (4)
Coffee (2)
Tiny home made biscuit. (4)

SW rice pudding and jam. (4 milk and jam)


Weigh in tomorrow. Let's hope there's a decent loss since I didn't weigh last week so this is over 2 weeks.
Going to my first Zumba class tomorrow. Prayers please!

Monday weigh in -4lbs. Very happy with this start! It is over 2 weeks but still great!
Got my exercise stuff on and Zumba at 9am. Wish me luck!

Chicken and prawn stir fry with noodles and blue dragon sweet soy and garlic and ginger sauce ( 5 syns for whole thing and this divided into 3. So 2 syns

17.5 today. Went a bit over but not too bad.

Tummy is feeling so bad though. Am all bloated and gurgly.

Little baby biscuits like rich tea but mini and in the shape of a teddy bear am guessing 1 each and had about 5 I think

Dinner turned out to be chilli and rice. 2/3 of a fudge 4 and peppermint tea.
Not a great day but at least I did Zumba this morning.

SW spag Bol with lots of super free tomatoes onions carrots mushroom courgettes.

Dinner out at friends but am hoping it's BBQ meat and I'm making a rocket Parmesan salad with Pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. Not going to be syn free but yummy! Oh and a south African milk tart. Not sure what that is but sounds yummy!
 
Dinner was baaaad but good.
2 good sized glasses of red wine

Turned out to be a green day of sorts

Wednesday

Strawberries + 1 tsp sugar (1)
Left over veggie noodles (1)

Yoghurt coconut and pineapple

Sushi. California rolls and rock shrimp tempura so lots of syns but yummy and at least it isn't too fatty.
 
Thursday 29th march

Ok the weekend track wasn't great particularly Saturday but Sunday was fairly bad too but back at it today.
Weighed in at 73.3 kg but can't remember what last week was. So starting from here. I know I am at least down from 74.4 from a few weeks ago.

Goodness how easy is it to go over your syns without even binging or drinking? Luckily have been light in syns the last couple of days donut should be ok. I wanted to save syns though as its Greek Easter here this weekend do we have a lot of lamb and mil oily roast potatoes! And am going to a party on Friday
