Hi minimins folks!

Ive been lurking around this site for a while now and felt like it was about time to start my own diary, so here goes..

So far ive lost around 3st since Jan 2011 - 1st of that is from Jan this year.

I guess im starting this diary now cos i feel a bit lost right now, im very determined to continue with what im doing and eventually reach goal, but lately i just feel so down and unhappy, and some days i feel bigger than ever! Ive been slacking on the exercise and scoffing rubbish, though i realise im doing wrong and NEED to get back on track, im hoping keeping this diary will help me do that!

So i will update as often as i can, hopefully hearing from people who know what im going through will help me get my focus back
