So I'm thinking of doing a fasting period of 3 days starting today, I will eat nothing but vegetables, fruit and and drink water and black tea. I am only doing this to cleanse my system and i should be back on my normal calorie diet which is around (1400 calories) a day by saturday. I will probaby do this once every 3-4 weeks just to cleanse my system. Sound okay? x

This sounds really good to me, although i'm no expert. Having a cleanse of only fruit and veg should be a really good thing for your body. 1400 calories a day should give you a steady loss of just over a pound a week.
