sarah lou,i just wanna say that im so sorry to hear about your dog,i lost my cat last year he was 15 its just so sad,my husband really wants a dog we have had rows after rows and the bottom line is i told him i cant bear the loss again it hurts so much...but on the bright side of thing you have not eaten...well done,come on keep it up you can do this just concentrate on the diet your feel better after your weekly weight in and your smile,im sending you big huggs chin up my love xxxx
