My Exante diet @

Week 8 day one

2lb off in Weight, inches of tummy, thighs.
Really happy with this 2lb of 2 stone.if I could do another 3 stone by September I be happy with that.
 
Week 8 day 2

Well I can hardly believe I am here and still doing this!
2lb off 2stone in just under two months.

Feeling ok on plan.
A little bit tired today but think that’s just my fibromyalgia playing me up.
So I am still having mainly having porridge, bars , the odd pancake ( Exante).
I really hoping for 4lb loss this week but time will tell.
Stay strong every one. Keep going 👌👌👌👌👌💋💋💋💋💋
 
Week8 day 4

Sorry I didn’t post yesterday but a friend passed away. It was a very emotional day.
Got on the scales today 1lb gone. Yippee.
TOTM coming soon so could get trick .
I not going to stress to much about this.
Cleared all my fat clothes out( kept one jumper and coat for reminders)
I am hoping and praying for 3 stone gone by beginning of September.

Week8 day 5

So TOM has arrived.
I did have a extra bar on top of 800 cals but it was a bar not completely fail.
Now need to as best as I can stay on track.
Tired today but just keep thinking about September and another few stone off.
Missing fruit terribly at the moment. My husband just does not get why we can eat it!
 
Week8 day 6

Yesterday was awful in terms of diet. I had extra bar, ham, baby bel on top of my 800 plan.
I really struggle with hunger TOTM .
Hoping to day will be slightly better!
Any one else struggling with TOTM?...
Well do tthing weigh in day will be great this week.
 
Week8 day 7

Got on the scales and they are stuck!!!!!!
Got to remember it’s TOTM
Wow I feel like this is such a drag!
Yes, yes , yes I am moaning a lot !This is why this has to be the last time.
tomorrow is weigh in day !
Not looking hopeful of large loss . Never mind .
I think because I see every one with huge losses and my piddly one or two pounds week is soul destroying .
NOTE TO MY SELF.......shut up and just do it!
 
Week 10 day one

1lb off but 3inches of my body.
This next week or two,I am stepping my calories up to 900/1000 as they do with the CWP. This is to help boost my metabolism . As my weight loss has slowed right down.
Having two products, salad and 400 calorie dinner.

Week 11 day 1

I have lost 2inches and 1lb this week.
Had non scales victory in that I got in to a dresses I didn’t think I could twice is week.

Week 11 day 6

This week has been tough and for four days I turned in to pac man.
Yesterday and today back on man plan. I don’t hold much hope for any losses.
I did a weigh myself and had gained more than a few pounds.
I am expecting a gain weigh in this week.
I am not giving up or beating myself up.
I had a huge blip it happens and I ok again now.

I have decided that I not going to transition in September now. I goingto keep going . I got two major family birthday meals in October and I will be going and eating.
I got a afternoon birthday tea booked in August ( going and will enjoy).
Told my husband that when we go away in November I will be having two products a day( breakfast and lunch). I will be having proper evening meal( we going to eat junk meals in evening as we be going to Disney, so will be chicken/ burgers ect and chips. We will be only going to quick service places)

I not going to stress, I may gain weight but I will be on my holiday. I will be back on it when I get home.

Week 12 day one

Weigh in gained 2lbs.
I deserved to and don’t feel sad about it.
Ready to start the rest of my journey .
Looking forward to buying smaller clothes
 
Week 13 day one

Had a ok week last week. Got on the scales this morning and to my surprise I have lost 4 lb this week and it’s TOTM for me today.

I feel like back in the game after 2/3 weeks of not really properly being on plan.
I have also decided not to transition in September but to stay on plan. When I am away I going to have 2 products and what ever dinner I want.
 
Week 13 day 5

Sorry about the grumpy face. I took it yesterday after being caught in the rain hence my hair and face xxx
