My final 2 stone-ish... Hopefully!

Hi everyone :)

A little background - I've been a diet for about a million years :p I started on SW a few years ago & lost 2 1/2 stone, then gave up as I was living with my in-laws & it made sticking to it difficult! I then started CC using MFP & lost some more. Then life got complicated lol - I managed to not gain but I was still overweight! So at the start of this year I rejoined SW on the EE plan & I just felt to restricted & gave up. I then tried WW online as I had heard good things - I lost slowly but I can't afford to pay the fees & finding points values is a pain otherwise. So I'm back to CC using MFP.

I'm not sure how to settle back in yet - previously I was having 1200-1400 a day + exercise. But I haven't worked out in months as I have a bad back. I'm thinking of trying 1500 & just doing Wii Fit for 1/2 hr 3 times a week to get me back into a routine & see how I go!

My last weigh in was 13st 10lbs and my current goal is 11 1/2 st. But I'll see how I feel when I get there! (I'm 5ft9 before anyone asks why my goal is so high haha!!)

I could really do with some encouragement/support - I don't live near any friends or family at the moment & my hubby tries to be helpful... But is a typical man about it lol!! ;)

I'll try & update daily but I often forget! I might just do a calorie/exercise total with comments rather than a full diary - using MPF makes me lazy.

Im Sarah, I've been going slimming would too and lost 2st but i can't stick to it so i keep switching between that and cc, i love cc though its so easy :) x

I was ok on SW first time round (old style red & green) but I found EE do restrictive! Sometimes I neeeeed bread haha!! ;) I love CC I can be flexible & I think long term it's more realistic.

I've had an awful start to the week, so much going on! So I'm starting officially from yesterday... Which was 1771 calories. More than I wanted but still not too bad :) No exercise, I've been exhausted due to work (I know that shouldn't be an excuse!) so not a great start but I've had worse haha!!

Today I didn't have breakfast (had a 7:30am meeting that didn't finish until 9:30!) so we'll see if I have a mini binge this evening or not. I'm hoping I can behave :)

Well I've been ok this evening, although my hubby bought home a Yorkie bar :( Thankfully he understood why I only ate half! 1765 calories today, no exercise again. I know I can do better!!

I've been looking up soup recipes to take to work for lunches - I love home made soup just finding the time!

Also having a clear out this weekend as we're downsizing house in the new year, so I'll finally be able to actually get to my crosstainer - should burn a few cals off ;)

im 5"9 as well sweet and my goal is 11st11lb. it says its the top end of my bmi. ive got so much flabby skin from 2 sizeable kids i dont think i could get much smaller but like you im going to see how i feel when i get there! total loss will be 81lbs lost 17lb so far... good luck sweetie x

Yesterday went well... Until I went out for carvery!! I did have only turkey meat & lots of veg but I couldn't count.

Oh and a glass of wine. Ooopsie!!

I weighed today & I STS from last week (which was 2lb on!!) so I'm super determined this week. Not sure about dinner tonight but we'll see. Had to buy a sarnie for lunch so might be tight & I really need some wine to end the week haha :)

Got dragged out for dinner last night (kicking and screaming obviously!) haha :) I'm counting every little morsel from today! I've got a busy weekend shuffling furniture & I'm out for a curry tonight but I have planned for it, whether I stick to the plan or not will be another matter, I do love curry! But I'll have my crosstrainer back tomorrow so I can get back on the exercise wagon!

Aw ta hun :) Yeh I do! It's not my favourite but it's the quickest route to results in my experience! Between that & my step, weights, balls, bands, rockers, mats, books, Wii & Kinect games I should be stick thin haha ;)

Monday was 1600 cals - not too bad :) No exercise though as it was big shop day! Made some curried vegetable soup (only 97cals a bowl & really yummy!) for lunches, hoping it'll keep me away from canteen curries & noodles hehe :)

In at 1288 today! Yaaay :) makes up for yesterday haha. Been nibbling less which is good, feeling positive. I know once I'm in the zone I'll be ok... Just need to get there!!

See, I'm useless lol ended up in Harvester... I was very restrained though. I blame the stress of house hunting & awaiting an interview for my own job!! So overall... 1996 :) But then I was user quite a lot the last 2 days, so hopefully not too bad. Ergh feel so disappointed with myself. And I still haven't moved the damn crosstrainer lol

Same, blue cheese sauce & bacon bits mmmmm! It was lovely, cheered me up being spoilt ;) just need about a year off work to catch up on my sleep and I'll be right as rain haha :)
