Hi everyone
A little background - I've been a diet for about a million years
I started on SW a few years ago & lost 2 1/2 stone, then gave up as I was living with my in-laws & it made sticking to it difficult! I then started CC using MFP & lost some more. Then life got complicated lol - I managed to not gain but I was still overweight! So at the start of this year I rejoined SW on the EE plan & I just felt to restricted & gave up. I then tried WW online as I had heard good things - I lost slowly but I can't afford to pay the fees & finding points values is a pain otherwise. So I'm back to CC using MFP.
I'm not sure how to settle back in yet - previously I was having 1200-1400 a day + exercise. But I haven't worked out in months as I have a bad back. I'm thinking of trying 1500 & just doing Wii Fit for 1/2 hr 3 times a week to get me back into a routine & see how I go!
My last weigh in was 13st 10lbs and my current goal is 11 1/2 st. But I'll see how I feel when I get there! (I'm 5ft9 before anyone asks why my goal is so high haha!!)
I could really do with some encouragement/support - I don't live near any friends or family at the moment & my hubby tries to be helpful... But is a typical man about it lol!!
I'll try & update daily but I often forget! I might just do a calorie/exercise total with comments rather than a full diary - using MPF makes me lazy.
