well then... today is the last day of normalcy...
this weekend has been a huge blur of booze, meals out and birthday cake. I feel sick, bloated and heavy as anything... there is genuinely not a craving left in me i am SOOOOO ready to start tomorrow morning.
im away tomorrow night with work, so im planning a shake tomorrow morning, a meal tomorrow lunch with some veggies, another shake at the hotel and a bar. i will get on the fizzy water tomorrow night at the hotel when joining my team for drinks etc... its harder at meetings with my boss, but at this one thats me, so i like to keep a clear head anyway.. and watch the others get drunk hahaha
Tuesday i have a meeting all day, so will have a shake for breakfast in my room, then go down for tea/water, bar for lunch and then a shake in the car on the way home... then a meal at night at home with hubby.
i would think that by weds i will be in ketosis.. not carbed up today at all, had meat and veg all day so should be relatively clear running....
terribly exciting stuff i know, but helps if i put it down in writing and get it straight in my head.
