totally, what would be super amazing is if i needed to return them as they were too big, although i doubt that as im very broad shouldered and hipped.

i think being my height getting to a 10-12 would be incredible! x

im deffo in ketosis, sticks nice and pink, food lacks interest to me.. headache rages on! felt very sick when i went to bed, think i had a migraine looming... still threatening today so going to have a sofa day

8lbs down this first week... little bit sad that i still havent seen 15 something on the scales.. but im sure that will come this week!!

im pleased, just so desperate to see the back of the 16s... im hungry today to...! gah!

This week im away for 2 days with work... staying in a hotel... so protein meal at night and packs in the day..

scary few days as im meeting my whole new team... there are 12 people total, only 3 of us have been here a year, the rest are all new recruits. and get this... im the only woman.

sometimes i hate the industry im in, its so male orientated, and i feel like i have to be 10 times better than anyone else just to prove something ya know?

The hunger will pass I'm sure. Just keep distracted and remember your lovley purchases! I know it's hard! Wish we could feel that ketosis heaven feeling all of the time!

Completely understand having to prove oneself all the time especially when you are in a woman in a male orientated profession. I worked with probably and equal male to female ratio legal department but there was me and and a male lawyer in the same specialism but I always felt he got away with so much because he was a bloke. I always ended up picking up his work load and covering his work when he was on holiday. When he covered me he hardly ever dealt with my matters and they were always there on my return and unsurprsingly became urgent because he did b*** all! My boss still thought he was wonderful! The irony was that I gave up corporate law because it was so male orientated thinking I would be better suited in financial services!

Kira - its total BS. i'm a kick @ss corp sales exec. i rule at it! im better at it than the boys because people trust women more i think... but they get so macho and all the strip clubs and all that jazz... bleurgh!
