Hey Paula just been reading about your business trip lol you make me laugh I can believe the men do your head in! But remember its all jealousy! Men always see woman as been treated better cos were female and it's the opposite! Men like to throw toys out of there pram and as for the strip club stuff! Ergh again they seem so eager to show there masculinity its actually hilarious! I'd tell there wives! Haha XD but I'm mean! I hope you had a good time and great job with the loss hunny! Go you! not worried as have started back at the gym and muscles are hurting!

That's one of the things I am not looking forward to when I start back at a gym . I haven't been for about 2.5 years so really going to feel it, although I will take it easy

Oh no a tummy bug how horrid!

Ooooh BBQ chicken and salad sounds lush... making my mouth water thinking about it
