My first day

Hello everybody.

I think I may have posted this in the wrong place but I cant seem to find a general discussion board for SW??

Anyway, I am a defector from WW as I have hit WW wall and trying SW at home for a while. This is my first day and would some opinions of my food for the day.

HEA Milk
HEB 35G oats

Breakfast: oats made with water with strawberries and blueberries .

Lunch: homemade vegetable soup, small mixed salad , lean ham
light coleslaw 50 g 3syns half a WW bagel 2syns 1 tsp flora light 1 syn

Dinner: Homemade chicken Jalfrezin to WW recipe but SW friendly, 40g bulger wheat

I will have more fruit later and have so far used 6 syns.
Milk used through the day in tea and will have a milky coffee or highlights with milk (2 more syns) later.

Does anyone think this is too many carbs in 1 day?
How does it sound please is it an ok SW day?
