Just some mushrooms and a little bit of a red pepper :D

I would watch out for the peppers. I made that mistake and was told they can contain a few carbs. :)
 
Yes unfortunately peppers have a lot of natural sugar in them. Best to leave them out for the time being.

I can hear Jim yelling, leafy green veggies! Ha Ha.

I love cauliflower and eat tons of it - it's a good addition to the diet, as is cabbage, spinach, and a host of other low carb veg. Tuck in!

Ah right , well it was like a tiny bit of pepper anyhow...

But ok , i will forgot the peppers from now on.
