My first week at WW

    Hi all,

    have been following WW for just over a week now and am really enjoying it, unfortunately I'm staying away from this week so haven't been able to weigh as it wouldn't be an accurate result, I get back home on Thursday so fingers crossed I will have had a good loss.


    I havent been been hungry at all and really like the point system as I can have the flexibility of what to use them on.

    I started on Friday so haven't had a weigh in yet. But also really enjoying the plan and the flexibility.

    Im on my third week now, lost 3.5lbs week one and 1.5lbs week two. Weigh in is on Thurs.
    Ive loved the plan, having come from sw where i wasnt losing much at all it has been nice to see it coming off again. Good luck getting weighed xxx

    It's such a great plan isn't it? There is always something you can eat, even away from home and the fact you can point it properly makes it so much easier. Good luck with your journey.
