my first week

I had my first weigh in and I lost 12lbs despite eating a seafood salad, a chicken ceasar and an amaretto liquer coffee over the weekend.
The reason I ate was my hubby doesn't agree with this diet, thinks its a fad that I won't stick too. After a big discussion it was agreed I would eat a salad or something low carb on days out but stick to SSing when at home.
I also lost 9 inches too.
