My first week

    I got through my first week no bother, thankfully, and I have lost 4.5lbs, so pleased.:bliss:

    When you have a baked potato as a HEX can you have it as oven chips instead, if you leave the skin on?

    hey hun, u can do anythin ya like with the potato as long as u keep the skin on it

    i usually have either potato wedges or roasties :)
