I have my first weigh in tonight! I'm really nervous! I don't know why but I feel like I haven't lost anything, probably because I haven't once gone hungry. My first day was Friday and unfortunately I had friends over for the weekend so I was sensible - I swapped the red wine I love to drink for vodka and diet coke BUT I had 10 of these on both Friday and Saturday which is well over my syns allowance. To make up for it I have only had 0 - 5 syns every day since so I'm hoping that wont have ruined it for me. I've eaten lots of veg, more than I would every normally and have been trying my best to make my meals of the success express type instead of extra easy again in a bid to make up for my socialising.
