My first weigh in today!

    Hi all,

    I'm new on here, not done this before! I had my first weigh today, was at 16st9lbs and now I'm 15st13lbs! 10 lbs in one week, incredible! Starting week two tomorrow but really want to have one healthy meal, just once! Can I do that or will it mess with the process? X

    Hey, you did fantastic, you should be really proud of yourself. I'm not telling you what to do, I mean well by saying this but even one healthy meal will knock you out of ketosis and it will be very hard to get back on lipotrim again. I was on lipo before, thought I could do this and I totally fell off the wagon. I know it is so difficult to stay away from food but to do this properly, this is what we have to do. I get huge cravings but they pass, for once in my life, Im trying to be strong and stick to this because i need to lose weight so badly. Keep strong hun for another few weeks anyway, it will be worth it. I know its hard, and I want to eat as well but if and when I do I know Ive blown it. Hope what I said helps, and look if you do eat that meal, you can start again but just after all your hard work I dont think its worth it. All the best hun x

    Hey Nix, I totally agree with candyloss. Uve done soooooo well, 10lb is fantastic. me to from past experience, you will struggle to get back on it of you cheat. It is very hard but I promise it gets easier. I'm 4 weeks in and the determination has really set in now, no stoping me! I keep remembering how I felt when fat, that keeps me going! Stick with it, food will be back on the agenda soon enough. Good luck! X

    Thanks so much ladies, that is really helpful! I'm getting married in Jan in south Africa and want to be a new me! Will stay strong and plough through week two!! Thanks again! :)
