My first weigh in yesterday.

    I've just completed my first week and found i have lost 10 pounds.
    I'm sooooooo happy, i've stuck to it 100% and have been drinking 4 litres of water a day.
    Not finding it hard at all now, i'm so glad i found this diet.

    Started at the same time as you. Had a shaky weekend were i had family birthday and cheated. Back on track now. Gonna try and stick 100% to the rules now. Welldone, I,ll keep track off your losses goodluck. Just to keep me on the straight and narrow
