My First Weigh In!

Hello Everyone!
Well it's the first weigh in for me!
I have been watching what I eat and my main exercise has been Wii Fit +(every other day) and Brisk walking 2-3 times a week.

I started off at 211.4LBS on 21/06/2010 at 19:17

Just been on scales & Wii Fit+ to Check and I am now down to!!!

204.4!!!! on 28/06/2010 at 12:26!

I feel fantastic and so rewarded!!!!
Will the time of day make much of a difference?

time of day will make a difference and if you have eaten or not. i normally weigh myself when ive woken up around 9am

Crikey, that's amazing!
I do agree with Ria though, it's probably best to weigh yourself at the same time of day every week to get a clear idea of exactly what you've lost :)
