A loss is better than a gain, however I have a feeling that I will be writing a similar thread to this tomorrow =[. From past first weigh-ins I always lose the least out of the group I attend...I then tend to lose 2lbs plus the following week, and so on.
So, don't be disheartened, just do your best to stick to the plan...and if there's anything you need help with you always have your consultant and us on this forum to speak to =]
