I am really happy I've lost 8lbs in my first week. I know some people lose more but considering I have not been totally 100% all week it's good going. Not that I've been having meals but when I cook for the family I steal a bite of a fish finger etc. Nothing that would take me out of ketosis. However I'm getting the hang of not eating and yesterday did not steal a bite of anyone's supper lol. My strength is also back as well.
