well all i can say oh my god .
Ive lost 21lb..so water is the answer oh my god im in shock..
5 to 6 litres of water throughout 24hrs plus walking for 45mins every day..
Gonna try keep this up..im so amazed at my will power
thanks guys -- cant keep smiling at my self --- even my bf asked what im doing -- and that i looked good ---
i know ill not have weight loss like that again in one week but im so happy
now i believe in people when they say drink lots of water --- it all helps
im proof of that
so far this week iv drank 6 litres of water each day over 24hrs done 2 60min walks
so happy with my new ipod --
uploaded free podcasts to it and they are brill
there is one of them called couch to 20k trainer - - it helps you over 20 weeks to get fit enough to do a 20 k run / walk -- happy days
