Hey so I have decided to start a food diary so I can keep checks on what actually goes past my lips!!
I get weighed on a tuesday so here goes!!!

Saturday looked like this::

Breakfast;

Lunch;
Jacket potato with beans and 30g cheese (he a)

Dinner;
