my food diary- got2 get slim!!!!!!!x

    ok im laura- u may have replied to my posts b4 , well im 24 got 2 kids aged 7 and 6, work full time, and since having children my weight has just creaped on-infact i was really shocked when i first got weighed at sw i had no idea i weighed so much- so here i go- need to loose 5 stone!! lost 6 and half pounds last week!!!
    friday-
    breakfast-miller light yoghurt
    tea-garden peas, 2 poached eggs, garlic, pasta in tomatoe sauce(made with water)
    HA-250mls semi skimmed milk
    HB-2 weetabix
    syns-ryvita limbos, snack a jacks...........6

    SATURDAY
    breakfast- i muller light yoghurt, 2 satsumas, 1 banana
    strawberries and grapes
    lunch- pasta dry(boiled) fat free natural yoghurt
    pickled onions, fat free cottage cheese
    tea- jacket potatoe with mushy peas
    HA-250mls semi skimmed milk
    HB-ryvita minins 30g, and laughing cow extra light x5
    no syns today couldnt fit any in was stuffed

    sunday
    breakfast-miller light yoghurt, 1 banana, 2 satsumas
    lunch-noodles(dry)boiled and fat free cottage cheese
    tea- 2 poached eggs, sw chips and beans
    HA-250mls semi skimmed milk
    - 3 babybell lights
    HB-x2 alpen light bars

    no sins again today-grrrrhhh just cant face eating anymore im bloated-aswell as ive got a cold coming on so i feel ive ate as much as possible!!!!

    breakfast

    tea-dry noodles(boiled)2 poached eggs,fat free cottage cheese
    HA-250mls semi skimmed milk
    HB-2 alpen light bars
    no sins again today getting frustrated with myself!! gggrrrhhh
