Hey everyone so this is my first day on minimins. I'm not quite sure what i m doing but I'm going to post every meal and snack I have and if someone has any tips let me know need support as weight loss has been painfully slow. I am on an extra easy day on slimming world So far today : for breakfast i had bran flakes as my healthy extra b , milk as my healthy extra a . i would usually have a banana and an apple but the house is cleaned out of fruit till tomorrow. Lunch : plate of fresh salad with tuna in brine and some couscous. Thousand island light dressing - 1.5 syns.
