Hey My names Kim , I am on week 3 of slimming world and only lost 4lb so far.I go to my meeting every Wednesday night.. I just want to do a food diary so I can keep track and so people can point me out where I am going wrong
I go to college 3 days a week and walk 10 minutes there and back each of they days , I am going to try fit zumba at home into my week aswell.
