My food diary the good an the bad

Sunday was better extra easy had eggs an toast again

Lunch was some breakfast muffins to nibble on

Dinner we always have our roast lamb roast spuds parsnips peas swede broccoli an peas with some gravy

Trying for a different week this week as only lost half a pound last week
 
Today is red but trying to cut out the bread as my consultant worried me saying I shouldn't eat two lots a day

Breakfast was 2 wheatabix with my milk even brought myself a separate red milk

Lunch I have some left over muffins, melon an apples

Dinner is a big stew beef carrots celery leeks sweede turnip with hopefully left overs for lunch tomorrow if my other half don't eat it all ( an he is a stick).

Coffe an tea this morning might try drinking some infused water with lemons limes

I try not to eat bread on the same day as cereal, pasta and potato's, never works out though :-(
My OH is a stick too, 6ft3 and 10.5st, he eats crisps, sweets, pizza, cakes and drinks a ton of full fat coke, I'm so jealous...

Snacks have been chicken thighs an apples

Lunch was left over stew

Dinner homemade chicken an lamb kebab with my syns going on burger sauce oh an my other b is a pitta

Dinner going to make a veg curry with free chickpea Dahl in morrisons on jacket potatoe an salad
 
Curry was lush last night

Red today as weigh in tomorrow

Breakfast not long had two s/w chicken sausages 2 bacon egg mushrooms an tomatoes cooked in fry light

Lunch gonna have a roll but so fancying cornbeef salad roll yummmmm why dose it have to be syns

Dinner am doing a bit of chicken tray bake skinless chicken thighs carrots mushrooms an whatever else chucked on the tray in some chicken stock

Plans are body magic to get my garden sorted as have new garden furniture coming next week

Lunch was a cornbeef salad roll

Diner is going to be Chinese as I feel I need a treat so gonna be super good all week after this lol
 
Didn't have Chinese last night had a korma an boiled rice so hoping not as much damage as a Chinese lol

Breakfast was s/w sausage bacon egg mushrooms an tomatoes

Lunch ham said sandwich

Dinner is steak with mushrooms onions not sure if I'm gonna stay red or go extra easy an add chips an salad
 
Well Saturday picked at party food naughty but went extra easy an had chips

Lunch was prawns an crab sticks

Dinner roast pork an I had gravy an a Yorkshire an a naughty kids size portion of rhubarb crumble I'm bad I know
 
Monday need a clean slate here

Breakfast two boiled eggs an 2 brown bread 400g

Lunch not a clue an same as dinner as yet
 
Had lunch out as went to Dedham an everyone else had high tea I havd prawn salad dinner was chicken an bacon jacket with salad so stayed extra easy

Today I want to stick red but not planned any meals for the week yet

Lunch I have some prawns that I brought Sunday so gonna use them

Dinner not a clue I'm in one of them stages where I don't know what I want lol
