Started slimming world a week and a half ago, i only lost a pound in my first week despite thinking i stuck to it. Onto week two, this is my food dairy starting yesterday Breakfast - Total 0% yogurt, banana, Melon. Lunch - Chicken breast with my own rub of herbs and spices, plus savoury rice and salad. Dinner - Roast chicken with skin removed, new potatoes and roasted Mediterranean veg and some gravy, followed by another total 0% yoghurt with sweetener. Snacks- Muller light, 2 skinless drumsticks from roast chicken, curly wurly, pineapple 6 Syns for curly wurly, not sure how many syns in the gravy, i only had a little bit, i had no other syns yesterday.
