My food diary

    Ive really enjoyed my food today and thought i would share it with you:
    Breakfast: Porridge
    snacks: mullerlight various fruit including dragon fruit!
    Lunch: salad with smoked salmon and hard boil egg and extra light laughing cows
    Dinner: chicken breast wrapped in bacon with carrots, swede, brocoli, cauliflower and green beans
    Supper: more porridge - im really enjoying it at the moment.
    I have minimal amount of syns during the week as i save them all for weekend.:)

    Can I ask what the dragon fruit tastes like ? I see them in the supermarket and always think I'm going to buy one of those, but I never do :rolleyes:

    Hi I was looking at your pics last night the change in you over the time is amazing! you are doing so well. The inside of the dragon fruit is similar in texture and appearance to a kiwi it has small black seeds but the flesh is kinda white. i won it in the raffle at class this week - until then i had never heard of it! How are you finding SW? I like to read what people eat cos i can so easily get stuck in a rut with my food. BTW ive just had porridge for breakfast at work - it certainly does set me off to a good start in the mornings - kinda makes me feel fullish most of the day then i dont keep thinking about food lol!
