i have decided to keep a food diary just to keep me on track.
so here goes
im on extra easy by the way.
breakfast: bacon sarnie -
2 slices of nimble HEXb
3 rashers of bacon cooked in frylight
1 laughing cow el
some cucumber
lunch: super speed soup
dinner: tuna pasta bake with brocolli and cheese hexA
snacks: banana, muller light,clementine
syns: curly wurly and pink and white
total 9
