Thought I would keep track of all my daily food intake here, if thats ok, I have noticed other people doing it and its great for nicking ideas and also if people can point out if I am doing anything wrong:p

RED DAY

B: Banana, Muller Light Yog, 4 crispbread with 2 laughing cow triangs.

L: Mixed leaves, 2 cherry toms, cucumber, tin tuna, red onion,tbsp salad cream. Apple

D: Chicken breast sprinkled with cajun spice, grilled with peppers, onion and flat mushroom, served with mixed leaves

Water: 2 ltrs

Syns 1.5 for salad cream and will have a fudge later, 7 syns (think)

Exercise: 30 mins on exercise bike and 30 mins walk.
