My food/excerise diary - aim to shed the muffin top!

Yesterdays food-

Breakie-
bitesize shreads again
Lunch-
Salad with a pack of tikka turkey pieces
banana
muller light yoghurt
Dinner-
chopped pork in a mushroom WW sauce, with rice mixed with peppers & mushrooms. A WW petits pains
Snacks-
walkers stars crisps
a few maltesers! and a skinny nescafe latte from my machine
Total for day 1325 approx 15 cals over.

Today i've had so far-
breakie-
usual shreaded wheat
lunch-
bistro salad with a pack of turkey BBQ pieces
banana
grande skinny latte from starbucks
Snacks-
special k mini breaks

725cal so far, 585 cal left for later.

Weighed this morn to check, another 2lb lost yay!
Need to do some exercise tonight too
 
finishing off yesterday-

snack after work- muller light yoghurt- vanilla sprinkled with chocolate & cherry- i love that flavour!
Dinner-
Chopped up some rump steak and dry fried it with some peppers and added a morrisons chilli sauce in a jar (m savers) served with some wholewheat pasta shells
supper-
cadburys hightlights with a bit of reduced fat squiry cream & a few maltesers for my choccie fix!

Sat - 1197 cal

Yesterday- one of those days when i just wanted to scoff! Went to my parents for dinner & my dad does huuuge sunday dinners, so was hard!
Breakie-
shreaded wheat bitesize with strawberries
Lunch-
1.5 eat smart sausage in a warburtons thins
apple snack
Dinner-
chicken dinner- one roastie (even though i had 5 on my plate!) roast chicken breast, carrots, mashed suede, bit of cabbage, few roasted parsnips, bit of cauliflower cheers & gravy.
Some of my mums trifle
Supper-
weightwatchers yoghurt & peice of toast
one cookie!
Think i met my cals 1300 or maybe a little over

Today-

pack of wakers stars
Lunch-
made a salad with a few bits of bbq turkey & two slices of ham
brought in some rivitas & philly

Really enjoy reading your food diary. You are very good with your food, even though you have the odd treat :) ive noticed you don't have bread or very many potatoes. I'm going to take a leaf out of your book and try to have more salads at lunch as I'm also counting, but need to loose a lot more than you. you go girl! well done :) x
